How much does the service cost?

Initial assessments and follow up appointments are priced at €85. A travel charge of €0.50/km (one way only) is applied to visits over 5km from our Tullamore base.
Virtual Clinic appointments are €30 for a 20 minute online appointment.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made in person by cash or card or over the phone prior to the appointment. Receipts can be emailed or printed for you.

How long to visits last?

Accepted Answer

Initial assessments are 60 minutes (45mins for pre/post-operative assessments). Follow-up visits are 45 minutes.

Question 4

Can I claim for these visits on my health insurance?

Accepted Answer

As you are being seen by a Chartered Physiotherapist with ISCP and CORU registration, you will be covered under your health insurance. Obviously the amount of cover will depend on your individual plan so we would recommend contacting your provider to confirm.

Question 5

Do I need a referral from my GP/Consultant?

Accepted Answer

No. Appointments can be organised for anyone but a GP or Consultant referral is a perfectly good way to start your treatment.
